• Access the chat via your Magento admin panel.

• Allow the chat to collect data from your Magento store based on your questions.

• Use the information provided by the assistant to manage your store operations.

Free Trial and Subscription

We offer a free trial for new users. After the trial period, you can choose to subscribe to one of our plans to continue using the service. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

For one-time payment customers, we do not offer a free trial.

Data Storage

We store questions only if you agree to it. This setting can be managed in the admin panel. The purpose of storing questions is solely to improve the assistant’s performance.
